Cancellations/No Refunds Policy: All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be received in writing by October 14, 2022 for Non-Exhibiting Suppliers and November 28, 2022 for attendees and are subject to a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be given after this date. A separate cancellation policy applies to Exhibitor Contracts for Exhibit Space. Exhibitors should refer to their signed agreement and rules and regulations.If event management determines that you are a non-exhibiting supplier but you have registered in the incorrect category, event management will send an invoice following the show dates.

Non Exhibiting Suppliers: Non exhibiting suppliers are non-exhibiting companies and individuals who sell to the architectural glass and metal industries and/or have been previous exhibitors at Glass Expos or industry shows. Show management has the right to make the final determination of attendees who fall in this category and if such attendees have registered in a different category they will be billed the difference.
